Late Arrivals: Running more than 15 minutes late may require us to adjust or reschedule your service.
Last-Minute Changes & No-Shows: Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows incur a fee equal to the service cost. (Sickness or true emergencies? Just let us know as soon as possible so we can waive this fee at our discretion.)
