We accept cash, checks, and all electronic payment methods. The standard 2% transaction fee applies to card payments.

Tips - never expected, though always appreciated - must be in cash, by check, or via Venmo/Zelle/PayPal.

To respect our commission stylists' time and keep our pricing accessible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Arrivals: Running more than 15 minutes late may require us to adjust or reschedule your service.

• Last-Minute Changes & No-Shows: Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows incur a fee equal to the service cost. (Sickness or true emergencies? Just let us know as soon as possible so we can waive this at our discretion.)
