Cancellation Policy
Canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a fee of 50% of the service amount. This policy ensures we can provide high-quality, timely services. Thank you for your understanding!

No Call, No Show Policy
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not show up at the scheduled date and time, you will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Late Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service or adjust the service provided. We will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a "no call, no show" and 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Weather and Emergency Cancellations
Please call us as soon as possible, so that we can make adjustments to the cancellation policy at our discretion.

Service Satisfaction
At The Hair Doctors Salon, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within one week of your appointment so we can work toward a resolution.

  • Email reminder: Sent one week before your appointment.

  • Text reminder: Sent three days before your appointment.
