If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not show up at the scheduled date and time, you will be charged the full amount of the service cost.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service or adjust the service provided. We will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible.
